North Beach Residence 2
Designed by Daniel Cassettai of Daniel Cassettai Design Studio. The brief was coastal contemporary with a happy and light vibe for a busy family of five. The house is designed to accommodate growing teenagers that need their own space and therefore the entire top level is for the kids and includes separate bathroom, toilet, lounge and balcony all leading into double bedrooms. Despite being a large two-story built on a 517m2 block, the clever design ensures that there is still ample space in the backyard for alfresco, garden, lawn, pool and the man shed.
